My friend had a poker chip set that looked exactly like that without the hot stamp. That was back in the late 80's. Same colors, too. I agree with Jim, they did not feel like the composite plastic chips they now have. They were cool to the touch and were softer than the plastic chips now. Maybe Caesar's sold them as poker chip sets? Just a guess.
