Actually, you are right with the $1. The rest are the same, BUT the anti-counterfeiting adds VERY little increased cost. Notes are reported to cost a little over 4¢ (low side). With inflation and other things like the new anti-counterfeiting, I have seen reports of just under 6¢ (high side)
