If you check the entry for your payment in your PayPal account, you can click on shipping/tracking info if it has been shipped. If it has not really been shipped, there will be no link for tracking.

I would give it a few more days, but ultimately if you do not receive it I would open a dispute on eBay so eBay can contact the seller and seek an assurance that the item has been shipped.
