I only have a handful of chips in my collection that I pay 30.00 and over for, and I may have paid too much for this chip but I really wanted it.
I won the auction on Friday Feb 24th and sent paypal the same day...auction stated free USPS priority mail shipping and even though I dont see it now, it stated delivery by Feb 28 or 29th
I never got anything from ebay with order update saying chip was mailed with tracking number like you most often get.

When it didnt arrive by the 29th, I sent an email to him saying havent received chip yet
didnt hear anything from him so sent a 2nd email on friday March 2nd
Finally got an email from him on Sat March 3rd saying "Bill, sorry for the delay. I am shipping your chip today. Thanks Mike"

when I didnt get it yesterday, I sent him an email saying "chip hasnt arrived, do you have a tracking number for me"?
have not heard from him and chip didnt arrive today
What next?...thanks for any help
