The buyer MUST feel that they're getting a bargain... and in their mind if they feel they're only paying a dime for shipping (when shipping is already included in the listing price) they'll be more than happy to bid a bit more for the chip or even make an additional bid by 'increasing' what they're willing to pay for shipping.
