The Paul-son chips were the last chips used in the casino. The BudJones coin-inlay chips were 30+ years old and were the series buried in drums when discontinued by the casino. They were dug up in the late 80's and were available to collectors by the thousands. Chips from the Tahoe and Reno operations were also in the drums, but not all denominations. The Sahara Reno $25 for instance is still very scarce.

I bought several hundred of the old BudJones chips in the early 90's, just after I began collecting. I thought I had a real find in the Calif antique shop, but they were never worth much and mine are all now gone.
