In the past we have said that there was no "outright" selling in the trade room. This was initiated because someone brought in a rolling cart of merchandise and was "selling" with no intention of trading.

If some cash was required to balance a trade, no one ever complained.

You could always step outside the trade room and make your dela in the hall. Or the best was to stock up on some $1 & $5 chips from the host casino and trade those. This way it is still a trade with no actual cash.
