i was told by a couple of BOD members and officers at a meeting that
if you need to square up a deal it was OK but NOT encouraged as it
looked as if you were breaking the rules 
i asked for clarification on this before..... but now it is coming to light again
i want it to be clear to everyone.
So going forward no money exchanges hands FOR ANY REASON
