Rick is also co-author of the most current Nevada dice books (Las Vegas edition was 2004). They aren't on his site anymore, but if you contact him maybe he knows where you can find them.

If you're a club member, the club library offers the Ashtray book by Art Anderson, and the dice book by the late Jeff Laudeman (both are excellent books, but the ashtray book prices are woefully out of date, and the dice prices probably are too).
