I think the Cal-Neva has one of the most interesting histories of any casino as well as having the Sinatra, Giancanna, Marilyn Monroe, and Kennedy stories. I was there once several years ago and would love to go back if to just take the tour.

There was a book written that supposedly covered all the history of the Cal-Neva and it's now out of print. I can't find a copy anywhere, it's called "Cal-Neva Revealed". The author has a website but it was lasted updated two years ago. It should be a good read if I ever find it.
