Happens when person pays with PayPal but item is not connected to an auction. Also, happens when person sending money checks a different option and attaches the payment to a bank account. If you received payment from PayPal....then the transaction is a done deal. Otherwise, the address issue is up to you to determine. Hope this helps....later!
