I do disagree with the author though as he thinks scan forms are useless. The fact is they put the buyer's mind at ease that a package was delivered to the window of a post office with their name and address on it. In fact you have to have a tracking number(delivery confirmation number) in order to have it show on the scan form. This just adds credence to the legitimacy of the package the seller is sending.
