PayPal's Multi-Order Shipping does allow you to print a "Scan Form". It is a popup window when you print multiple labels. Someone had a nice write up on it a few months ago but I couldn't find it in the archives. I think they provided a link to one of the support areas on eBay that had a great detailed description of how it worked. The Multi-Order Shipping works great for items paid for through PayPal because you can "import" most of the information and just need to add a few things like package weights. You can also add additional items for those people who have not paid via PayPal - you just have to enter the full mailing address and all the other info.
