you go to PetSmart, or PetCo, or some Pet Store and look for an item called the Stink Finder. It contains a nice sized U.V. light and it only cost me about $10. It has MORE than paid for itself for the number of chips I've sold from the Barbary Coast and Luxor who had security codes put on their chips.
