I am going to award the prize to Robert. The answer I was looking for was "The Clover Club, Clover, CA". However, I did a little research and Clover can be considered part of L.A.

The clues in the picture were Friday & Gannon in the background so you knew it was a show and the clovers on the wall gave away the casino name. If you watched "Dragnet", you knew these cops worked the LA area, so you could put the answer together.
