Since there is no stamp made with $1.95 denomination, I looked for the fewest stamps I could use to post a bubble envelope under 3 ounces. There are several ways to do it with non-identical stamps, like $1, 85c, and 10c, but three "working dog" stamps will also do it, and they are all the same denomination!

There is also a 65c butterfly stamp if you prefer insects to dogs. Both are available to order by mail from the USPS, but good luck finding them at your local PO.
