I handed the clerk two mailers and asked how she was figuring the rate. She said these are both packages. I pointed to the one in question and said that is a flat. Like she had X -Ray vision she says there is no paper in here. I came back with it passes the flex test. She said I will charge you flat rate, but don't complain to me if it comes back.
