Re: Is This a Letter, Flat or Parcel

Most Post offices will classify this as a package and up to 6 chips will require a postage of $1.95 new rate to US destination. The better rate is to print your own label. If the item is sold over ebay or paid with paypal, they have an option to print your label. It requires a ink jet or laser printer because of bar code. You must know the wieght. Shipping in the #000 bubble mailer with 1-5 chips is 2 oz. 6-8 is 3 oz. the post office gives you a online discount and these packages will go for $1.64. If you don't want to cut and tape the label to your package you can buy special adhesive labels at Office Depot or similar store.
