When you said kit I as thinking the crappy "Mr. Brew" kit that makes absolutely crappy domestic American type beer (sorry if I offend that kind of beer, I drank Bud and Bush for many years).

Your kit looks like it will brew up some very nice hand crafted ale. I miss brewing beer, it was costing me $3.00 for a bottle of home brew after putting in the money for equipment and ingredients. My brother still brews, so if I need a hand crafted beer, I go see my bro .
