I would say the were made in 1994 - 1996 during the phonecard boom. I'm guessing the phone time was from Cable and Wireless (NAT made the Telechips).

Since I collect phonecards (way before I collected chips) those are new to me also.

I'll have to go home tonight an see if they show up in the phonecard catalog.
