....I sold a light switch fitting which didn't come with screws. The buyer emailed me to say did I have any screws and as I did I agreed to mail her some for no charge. I then got a neutral saying that the fitting didn't come with screws!!! (The auction never stated that there were any with the sale - it was only for £2!!!). The neutral is slowly working its way down my list of feedback that was previously 100% positive.
