more eager to help if the see a name and membership number.
I post my state also to see where people are from, makes it easier to trade ....sometimes
If I see a new member from Illinois,or there about, I invite them to our semi annual meetings of the Chicagoland chippers.
Not a big deal really,to post name and # but one could say it "opens doors".
