Post it on eBay and enter a $1,000,000 reserve. See what they highest bid is. I've seen this approach taken dozens of times before. In a week or two the chip shown up without a reserve with a starting price at or near the high bid mark. It's not perfect, but seems to be an accepted way to determine value without actually having to sell the item.
