its not a matter of money, its a matter of being fair to our members.

What you didnt mention is that any former member that would like to rejoin can get a new membership number at no additional cost whatsoever.

Some people prefer to keep their old member number and pay the back dues, others just take the new number but its up to that indivisual.

Its as simple as that.
