Normally attributing a Chinese card room c&s is near impossible. Luckily for me Steve Passalacqua sent me an email that a 2x2 negative of a raid on the Min Hing Recreational Center at 209 W Cermak Rd, Chicago was for sale on ebay. The phote showed crest & seals.
