I tend to agree with Andy...

Andy said that drop chips get abused.... a lot!

That is because the way in which drop chips are 'dropped' into the collection box. That little, spring-loaded, slide device does take a toll on every chip the slide smacks into, not to mention the way in which the dealers slap the chips into place on that all metal slide.

As a collector, if condition is important, then you need to get the drop chips early on. Waiting for the price to drop (no pun intended) will probably only get you an AVERAGE conditioned chip, vs. NEW or SU.
