I think baseball cards stir our emotions more than just about any other collectible, since so many boys (and quite a few girls) vivdly remember collecting them. For me, I still remember the feeling of "got it got it got it got it NEED IT!"

When I needed money to finish law school, I sold a couple boxes of baseball cards and some silver coins (thanks to the Hunt Bros.' inflated silver prices) in a single weekend and had money left over for food!
