Also, tape the chips towards the top of the envelope as the rollers used by the USPS will curve the envelope more at the bottom, so the chips will easily work their way through the machinery. 45¢ vs. $1.71 is a lot when you're trading $1 chips or selling them for $3-$4 a piece.
