As an example (this NOT a contest) in years past, when there was a rate increase, the Post Office would print special stamps with letter designations as the denomination to make up the rate increase on a First Class stamp.

Try to find the USPS web-page that has a graphic representation of all the past rate increas stamps and their costs. This is not a results tests (unless you can't find the page), it is a time test.
