I use photobucket.com to do this .... as chips sell, I place a black circle on the chips that are no longer available .... on the linked photobucket picture .... because the link to the posting on the ChipBoard, those changes appear automatically on your ChipBoard posting (sometimes it may take an hour for the changes to appear). The key is, that the picture has to be from an internet site and not a picture which you directly uploaded from your computer to the ChipBoard.

There are many internet sites which you can store your pictures of chips, but I found photobucket.com does the trick.
