You would get $10-$15 for the first 15 or so. After that the sales slow way way down, I know from experience. Illegal chip collecting is a very small segment of chip collecting. You can either advertise them on the chip board here for $10 at a time or list the whole lot on eBay and let people bid against each other if you want to sell them all at once.
