B4 asking enough questions first.
It would be better for all of us to check things out completely before airing somebody's name negatively in full view of the public.
I know nobody would want that to happen to them. Even if you have facts to validate your position I personally would try to approach the person upfront before spreading something negative about an individual to the masses. I don't know what happened hear but that's my general opinion on this type of situation.
