I have never had any dealings with Joe on ebay, BUT, at the the Great Lakes Battle Creek show and through the mail, have NEVER had ANY issues with Joe. He has bought many chips from me through the years, either he seen in person or by scans I sent, chips were always sent prior to getting checks, checks were received in reasonable time, never returned any chips and we have always enjoyed a good business relationship.

I just wanted to state that I never ha any trouble with Joe.
