Of course, I speak 'proper' English, but I'm sure I can cope

Seriously, I had a look at the USPS website - boy, that could be easier to navigate! In fact I have no idea if surface mail is even available - from the UK, surface mail is the cheaper option (all gets chucked into a container on a ship!) but of course takes longer. If they can be sent for $10 or less I'll take them so if anyone knows that would be great!!!
