It was on the Admin side. When I went to "Submissions" a window popped up that indicated that there was a SyQl Server issue. Soory, I probaly did not spell that correctly and definately did not remember the exact message. It happened twice, and then I gave up trying to go to Submissions. I did just now check, and I can get there.
