No I would not go to each casino lol. I think the NGC site has a page that says which casinos accept old issues of chips. I do know that some casinos must inform that they are issuing new chips and that there is a time period where you can get the chips redeemed for their face value. In Vegas they usually put a notice in the newspaper informing people of the last day to redeem them. The four queens also might accept all chips but I am not sure. I hope that helps.
