I believe all of the other chips are not redeemable but I am not 100% sure. The Tuscany is though. I do know that at Caesars Palace you could bring in a $5 chip from the 1960s and get $5 for it. I believe this is the only casino in Vegas that has this option. I can check on the other chips though and let you know.
