It doesn't matter, really. I just wondered why South American chips have now been lumped into the much smaller Caribbean. Well, I believe I know. It was an expansion of the Caribbean area and it happened before the chip guide went MOGH and then went international. Not so mysterious, really, but still makes me chuckle to think of chips from Columbia as being "Caribbean." Nothing to do with your post at all except that it brought it to mind.
