Only about 5 years old. We just love the place. Large clean rooms, lots of space on the casino floor, GREAT Deli and Cafe too Mexican very good but have not eaten there in 2 years and have not tested the steak house as yet. Very convenient to stay where the convention is as far as running back to your room for something or for drop offs. I hope they extend the convention contract at the South Point for many years to come!!!!!!
