My memory is poor, but I believe this one to be from the 1930's. I can look it up later. This is the only one known to my knowledge to exist with the Score Card. Sotherby's sold one several years ago and the card was missing. I will look for the catalog description later.
I also had other games used for gambling. The bartender would pay off and hit a switch to reset the score wheel back to zero. I will try and find pictures later as well.
