There have been no public sales of the chip recorded.
We don't arbitrarily set values for chips we have no data on.
I suspect it is at least 'scarce' as I am only aware of one other.
I guess if you want to find out how much it is worth you could put it on ebay Then we would be able to assign a value.
I should point out that the combination of Sparks, hot stamp, no cash value & overstamped does rather limit the number of collectors who would be interested. There are other non-denom Sparks chips listed, with only 2 to 4 known, at $100 or less, as that is all they sell for.
