Is Greg's "An Illustrated Guide of Casino Chips of American Riverboats" still being printed?

I know that Greg had everything set up on his copier and all he had to do is push the print button and away it went.

I recently picked up the 2nd edition and then noticed that the 3rd edition had been out before Greg left us.

Most likely I don't need the 3rd edition right now but I didn't know if it was still being printed.

Also it looks like that (http://www.themogh.org/cg_books.php) site really needs updated since TCR is only on 12 and TGT is 3rd edition and the American Casino Guide is at 2001??
