From my soapbox:
The customer service in AC is horrible compare to Vegas (or even Harrahs Cherokee here in NC, which has people who are truly happy to work there). NJ casinos have cut their personnel counts and salaries of the casino employees to rock bottom. They also drove out all of the local career dealers and replaced them with people who can't even rank a poker hand.
