Maybe I am missing something (And I am sure I am). Is there a Central Database/Repository of Illegals (kind of like Ed Hertel's book)? A database/repository that has all the identified Illegals, the main info on them (no detail info necessarily, just name & place) and pics. A Chip Rack type of info for Illegals; whether a book or a database.
