Submitting chips like these may be a waste of time. I say this as one of the admins of the chipguide. While I would love to see illegal club chips (in which category I include charity and other miscellaneous groups) the Chipguide is already backed up with submissions. I am by far not the final say so on this but I would wait to hear from the others before submitting chips that we may not have time to process.
