Given to dealers at ReneN's chip show in the 1990's. Held at Palace Station, but not a casino issued plaque. I would think value to someone who was there and wants a memento would be $20-30 these days. The series of Chipco "collector chips" was issued at the same time and you got one (or maybe 2?) with your admission to the show. You could buy the rest to complete a set.
