Don't quote me on this but I believe after the Playboy dig discovery the New Jersey Casino Control Commission now requires anyone who brings in chips from the old Playboy to sign a legal document stating that these chips did not come from the dig because those chips technically have been counted as destroyed by the commission and thus are not eligible to be cashed in.
