We have all found chips in other than states they were shgipped to.
I found KY chips on OK. Does not mean they were used there.
Just found IL chips in FL.

People do not throw chips away. When they move they take them.

IMO even hinting a chip like the LIDO's were used in CA without proof is doing a disservice to collectors.
