Since this came from the live poker tables at Don Laughlin's Riverside and it has NCV on it with the casino's logo, I tend to think it was actually used by the casino years ago. Granted, it's in pretty rough shape, but there were no others chips like them to be found. Just happened to be there. Let me know what you think.
