The military (among other government agencies) is well know for it's use of gobble de gook and anachronisms.

N.C.O. O.M. G.T.C - Grafenswehr Training Center. Grafenswehr Training Center, a Seventh Army Training Center, is located in Bavaria. Beginning in 1947, the 370th and 371st Infantry Regiments trained here including tank training. At least 3 different chips (in colors of course in Red, White, and Blue) were issued for this installations. Of these, I only have one (the blue) shown here, and of course need the other two (hint, hint).
